            Under and by virtue of execution directed in the above captioned action to the Sheriff of Lincoln County from the Clerk of Superior Court of Lincoln County, North Carolina. I will on the 13th day of June, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., on the front steps of the Lincoln County Courthouse offer for sale at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash all right, title and interest which the defendant(s), Debra Rushton Lowery and Heirs of Debra Rushton Lowery, now or at any time at or after the docketing of the plaintiff’s judgment in Lincoln County had in the below listed property, in satisfaction of this execution.

            The real property being sold is situated in Catawba Springs Township, Lincoln County, North Carolina and is more particularly described as follows:

Being all of Lot No. 41, Cedarbrook Subdivision, Section Three, as shown on map thereof prepared by H & W Engineering and Surveying, dated January, 1984 and recorded in Plat Book F, at Page 49, in the Lincoln County Public Registry.

Subject to Restrictive Covenants recorded in Book 609, at Page 429 and to all Easements, Right-of Way Easements and Restrictions as shown on map recorded in Plat Book F, at Page 49, in the Lincoln County Public Registry.

Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions:

ALL valid and enforceable easements, restrictions, reservations, rights of way and other conditions that may appear in the record chain of title, not removed by this execution sale.

This property is being sold “AS IS”.

The highest bidder at the sale will be required to make a cash deposit in the amount of 10% of his/her bid, with the remaining amount due on tender of the deed.
