Under and by virtue of execution directed in the above captioned action to the Sheriff of Lincoln County from the Clerk of Superior Court of Lincoln County, North Carolina. I will on the 4th day of April, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the front steps of the Lincoln County Courthouse offer for sale at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash all right, title and interest which the defendant(s), Joseph Wilkins and Diane Wilkins, now or at any time at or after the docketing of the plaintiff’s judgment in Lincoln County had in the below listed property, in satisfaction of this execution.
The real property being sold is situated in Ironton Township, Lincoln County, North Carolina and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point near the centerline of State Road #1337, said beginning point located North 89 deg. 28 min. 47 sec. East 235.81 feet from the northeastern corner of Lot No. One (1) of Buck Acres; running thence from said beginning point a line in State Road #1337 South 89 deg. 28 min. 47 sec. West 109.58 feet to a point in the road; running thence South 01 deg. 36 min. 00 sec. West 179.46 feet to a new iron pin; running thence South 89 deg. 00 min. 45 sec. 110.00 feet to a new iron pin; running thence North 01 deg. 26 min. 50 sec. East 182.34 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING; containing .46 of an acre, more or less, according to an unrecorded plat prepared by Roy C. Turner, Registered Surveyor.

Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions:
ALL valid and enforceable easements, restrictions, reservations, rights of way and other conditions that may appear in the record chain of title, not removed by this execution sale.
This property is being sold “AS IS”.
The highest bidder at the sale will be required to make a cash deposit in the amount of 10% of his/her bid, with the remaining amount due on tender of the deed.
