Clothing will no longer be accepted from family/friends.  These items will be made available for purchase through the commissary.

Commissary is a service and a privilege we furnish to the inmates. SWANSON Commissary Services offers items such as snacks, personal need items, clothing and stamped envelopes.  Orders are placed on the kiosk in the blocks and must be placed by 9:00 pm on Tuesday night.  There is a $75.00 spending limit per week.  Commissary is distributed to the inmates on Thursday.

Supplemental Kits and clothing items are available during the first 14 days if an inmate has not had funds to order commissary.  Supplemental Kits include a variety of food items and stamped envelopes.  Clothing items (one pair of underwear and/or one pair of socks) can also be purchased.  Additional items or clothing will have to be ordered through commissary.

Inmates are allowed to receive and send mail while in our facility.  Mail is received and sent out Monday through Friday (except holidays).   A log is kept of all incoming and outgoing mail.  All incoming mail must have the sender’s full name and address.  If not, will be placed in inmate’s property bin or returned to the sender.
